La complexité affichée par le bouquet de La Gaffelière pose les jalons d'entrée. Cette pluralité et cette profondeur sont le résultat d'une recherche de perfection, à l'affut de la complexité que le terroir est en mesure de conférer, mais encore faut-il le dompter ! Je pense que c'est chose faite, surtout après avoir pris le vin en bouche. En effet, la grandeur annoncée par le bouquet est complètement assumée par le palais. Le vin a de la densité, des tannins serrés et une structure acide qui véhicule parfaitement l'intensité aromatique jusqu'en finale. On rappellera, pour la forme, qu'un grand vin se caractérise par son aptitude à performer sur des millésimes plus compliqués... Mission accomplie !
