Gevrey-Chambertin « Petite Chapelle » 1er Cru de Bruno Clair est un pinot noir avec une belle structure tannique et une jolie puissance. Sol: Calcaire de Comblanchien et oolithes blanches. Vinification: 30 à 50% % de grappes entières, 10 à 15 jours de macération en cuves bois. Elevage: 18 à 20 mois en fûts de chênes. Environ 35% de fûts neufs.

Paler crimson ruby. An attractive bouquet of medium intensity. Plenty of oak here but it is well enough integrated and the quality of the little red fruits, alpine strawberries, is of a high class.
