Der Marsannay Les Grasses Têtes ist ein Pinot Noir mit viel Kraft und Ausdruck. Boden: ton- und kalkhaltig, Untergrund aus Comblanchien-Kalkstein und entroquenführendem Kalkstein. Lage: Südostausrichtung. Vinifikation: 30 bis 50 % Ganztrauben, 10 bis 15 Tage Maischegärung in Holzcuves. Ausbau: 18 bis 20 Monate in Eichenfässern, davon etwa 40 % neue Fässer.

Mid lemon yellow, with a lifted bouquet, avoiding the vegetal, with white fruit on the palate, some flesh, all very well integrated. On the palate, a little liquorice, an attractive sucrosity, with good length. This grows on me. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Nov 2024.Degustation
