50% whole bunches with the main stem removed. 100% new wood. Fine mid purple, a lively come-hither sort of nose with an array of red fruit, medium-bodied at first then gaining density behind even as the strawberries take on a darker hue. A little spice from the whole bunches, but finishes just slightly on the sombre side. Drink from 2030-2038. Tasted Nov 2024.Degustation
