Der Chapelle-Chambertin von Drouhin-Laroze ist ein Wein von großer Reinheit mit weichen Tanninen. Fein und komplex eignet er sich hervorragend als Begleiter zu edlen Speisen. Die rund 0,5 Hektar große Parzelle, aus der er stammt, wurde 1973 und 1986 bepflanzt. Der Ausbau im Barrique legt einen deutlichen Schwerpunkt auf neues Holz (80 %).

Fresh ruby colour. The bouquet is attractive, floral, lighter than the Lavaut-St-Jacques. There is an attractive light but fine red fruit across the palate, with more tensile strength than one would expect given the lighter concentration of fruit. Nicely put together in an understated fashion. Drink from 2031-2038. Tasted Nov 2024.Degustation
