Le Premier Cru Montmains a une typicité très marquée par son terroir, un terroir très caillouteux qui donne un vin aux arômes minéraux très prononcés, avec une puissance extraordinaire et une excellente aptitude au vieillissement. Un vin charpenté, nerveux et minéral d’une bonne longueur en bouche. Très droit et frais à la fois, il présente une concentration exemplaire. Accords mets-vins: Poissons, fruits de mer, crustacés crémés ou grillés. Volailles et viandes blanches crémées ou grillées.

Assembled earlier today, so cloudy and this procedure also masks the nose. Classic Montmains behind, with the usual reductive grip, yet also some elegance, very persistent.
