Der Gigondas 2000 von Tardieu-Laurent ist ein reifer und fruchtbetonter Wein mit schöner Länge. Er wurde von Michel Tardieu selektioniert und zwei Jahre lang in Fässern ausgebaut, die nach den Vorgaben von Dominique Laurent, einem renommierten Winzer aus dem Burgund, gefertigt wurden.

Saturated, bright ruby-red. Cool, spicy aromas of black cherry, minerals, licorice and smoke. Dense, chocolatey and superripe but with terrific freshness and inner-mouth aromatic character. Complex flavors of cassis, kirsch, minerals and licorice persist on the building finish. This offers excellent flavor precision, with tannins perhaps even riper than those of the 2001. This cuvee always improves during the final months of elevage, notes Tardieu.
