Renowned for its rich and complex flavor profile, this whisky undergoes maturation in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting a unique depth and intensity. Rich and fruity with notes of apricot, chocolate-coated raisins, liquorice root, and freshly grated nutmeg.​

This whisky has been recognized with a Gold Medal at both the 2024 International Spirits Challenge (ISC) and the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC), scoring 96 points.
