L'Apparita ist seit seinem dem ersten Jahrgang 1985 ist der reine Merlot aus der Toskana ein Kultwein. Am höchsten Punkt des Weinbergs Bellavista befinden sich die beiden Parzellen, die den L'Apparita bilden. Die besonders lehmhaltigen Böden machen ihn zu einem Juwel der Önologie, die Eigenschaften des Merlot in die Kombination mit dem Terroir der Ama auf eindrückliche Weise hervorbringen.

Ama's 2010 L'Apparita is super-intriguing from the very first taste. With each passing vintage, it seems like Apparita becomes less about Merlot and more about Ama. Dark red cherries, rose petals, sage, rosemary, tobacco and licorice are some of the many notes that are alive in the glass. Wonderfully nuanced and expressive, the 2010 caresses every corner of the palate with breathtaking intensity and finesse.
