Neither Fouchères nor Beaux Bruns could be made separately, so the Chambolle Vieilles Vignes comprises those two vineyards plus Gamaires, Fremières and Derrière Le Four. A very pretty red fruit, the softer style of Chambolle with nonetheless quite some depth towards the back of the palate. As often this year, strawberry fruit emerges at the back.
