Disgorged in February 2019 without dosage, the 2014 Ambonnay Grand Cru Les Saints Rémys soars from the glass with a lovely bouquet of yellow orchard fruit, pear, chamomile, mint and honeycomb. Full-bodied, enveloping and textural, with considerable palate presence and notable dry extract, it's racy and incisive, concluding with an invigoratingly saline finish. Produced from a parcel of old-vine Pinot Noir on the Bouzy side of Ambonnay, this is another brilliant wine from Benoît Marguet.Suckling
A little frothy with a big, creamy texture of bubbles and lots of fruit, from cooked apples to strawberries. Fuller style to this. Drink now.
