La Doriane (domaine Guigal) est l'un des meilleurs vins de l'appellation Condrieu. On découvre ici une expression généreuse et concentrée du viognier, ici tiré de vignes âgées d'environ 25 ans. La vinification et l'élevage prennent place dans de petits fûts neuf durant 9 mois. La Doriane est un excellent Condrieu, aux notes d'abricot typiques du cépage.

The 2023 Condrieu la Doriane is one of the high points of the range, unfurling in the glass with notes of citrus zest, toasted nuts, smoke, almonds and ripe orchard fruits. Full-bodied, satiny and multidimensional, it’s concentrated and layered, with a dense and complex core of fruit, concluding with a resonant, perfumed and endless finish. It delivers even more controlled power than the 2022, supported by a vibrant acid line that extends the finale. Give it at least 20 years in the cellar.
