Le Sancerre Petit Chemarin du domaine Vincent Pinard est un sauvignon blanc tendu et précis, construit sur la longueur. Tiré d'une vigne plantée en 1968, il offre un fruit généreux mais c'est la fraîcheur qui prend ici le dessus. Petit Chemarin est une belle bouteille, appréciée des critiques comme des amateurs. L'élevage prend place en fûts (25% de bois neuf) et se termine en cuve inox.

Sourced from a west-facing vineyard that was planted in 1968 on limestone and clay, the 2019 Sancerre Le Petit Chemarin has the most salinity in the Pinard range. It presents a welcoming aromatic profile of preserved lemons, ripe apples and a sprinkling of salt and cinnamon spice. There is a vibrant rush of acidity and a salty note on the finish.
