Le Chapelle Chambertin de Louis Jadot est un vin de garde riche et équilibré au arômes frais (petits fruits rouges, épices). Ce Grand Cru profite du terroir de Gevrey: un sous-sol calcaire qui confère de la puissance et une surface argileuse qui apporte de la rondeur. Ce pinot noir est élevé 18 à 20 mois en barrique.

The 2021 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru (Domaine Louis Jadot) is one of the highlights of the range this year. Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries, raspberries, pomegranate, spices, rose petals and orange zest, it's full-bodied, fleshy and seamless, with a layered, complete profile. It derives from a parcel planted in 1920–1921, where most of the old vines remain intact.Morris
Not one of the deeper colours but with a sturdy fruit on the bouquet. Very well balanced on the palate, with a little firmness at the back. The old vines provide the weight that is needed. This will need time, but is a good example of optimising the vintage. Drink from 2027-2035.Degustation
