The 2024 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Les Demoiselles (Domaine des Héritiers Jadot) is another real success, offering up notes of wet stones, white flowers, crisp orchard fruit and nutmeg. Medium- to full-bodied, satiny and pure, with excellent depth and cut, it concludes with a long, mineral finish.Morris
2 x 350l barrels made, so a yield of just 14 hl/ha. Evidently higher up the slope, which gives a dancing quality, while the low yield in this instance seems genuinely to concentrate the wine.
