Le Shiraz Holy Grail de Two Hands est une cuvée parcellaire qui se situe dans la sous-région de Seppeltsfield, dans la Barossa Valley. La première partie de ce lieu a été achetée en 2008 et comprenait 52 acres de terrain vacant. Juste avant le millésime 2015, 37 acres supplémentaires de terres ont été achetées, qui comprenaient 16 acres de vignes de shiraz établies. Ce vignoble a produit 27 tonnes dans son premier millésime, les fruits étant destinés à My Hands, Ares, Single Vineyard et quelques barils au jardin de Bella.

While the 2019 Holy Grail Seppeltsfield Road Seppeltsfield Shiraz lacks the compelling richness of the previous vintage or the intoxicating complexity of the Coach House Block, it's still a fabulous wine. Slightly caramelized red raspberries lead the way, joined by blueberries and lent a savory touch through hints of black olives and licorice. It's medium to full-bodied, ripe and generous, with a lush, velvety feel and a lingering, harmonious and even elegant finish that never seems heavy or overdone, sip after sip. - Aug 2021, JC
