Domaine de Chevalier est l'un des plus grands vins blancs de Bordeaux: frais et riche, complexe, il est d'une grande pureté aromatique (agrumes, fleurs blanches) et se conserva en cave plus de dix ans. Cet assemblage classique de Pessac-Léognan (sauvignon et sémillon) est élevé plus d'un an en barrique (30% de bois neuf). Un superbe vin qui accompagnera poissons nobles ou fruits de mer.

The 2024 Domaine de Chevalier Blanc has it all. Powerful yet elegant, deep yet light on its feet, the 2024 is a wine of contrasts and harmony that will thrill readers for many years to come. Nothing in particular stands out, rather it is the wine's balance that carries the day. Chamomile, crushed flowers, chalk and a hint of new oak run through a core of citrus-tinged fruit.
