Marsannay Les Grasses têtes est un pinot noir avec beaucoup de puissance et d’expression. Sol: argilo-calcaire et sous-sol en calcaire de Comblanchien et calcaire à entroques. Exposition: Sud-est. Vinification: 30 à 50% % de grappes entières, 10 à 15 jours de macération en cuves bois. Elevage: 18 à 20 mois en fûts de chênes. Environ 40% de fûts neufs.

An intense ruby purple. More concentration of the intense raspberry strawberry fruit. The Grasses Têtes is much tighter on the palate with a certain tannic austerity but such a concentration of fruit. Strawberry and raspberry together, definitely both dense and structured, will hold back until June before bottling. Drink from 2027-2032. Tasted Nov 2023.Degustation
