Der Vouvray Moelleux Clos du Bourg der Domaine Huet ist ein reicher, aber energischer Wein mit einer ausdrucksvollen Fruchtigkeit (Noten von Quitte und kandierten Früchten). Es handelt sich um einen Chenin Blanc, der zur Hälfte in Tanks und zur Hälfte in halben Fässern ausgebaut wird. Er passt zu Gerichten vom Aperitif bis zum Dessert und kann mehrere Jahrzehnte lang gelagert werden.

The 2016 Vouvray Clos du Bourg Moelleaux is tropical and slightly oaky on the complex, spicy-mineral nose. Rich, super lush and nicely piquant toward the finish, this is an excellent, complex, well-structured and mineral though young baby Chenin Blanc that doesn't make much sense to be drunk young. The finish is pure, piquant and salty but also very aromatic and complex, with lingering tannin grip and intense fruit. Bottled with 57 grams of residual sugar and just 4.3 grams of acidity, which gives this a charming and mouth-filling character. Fine tannin structure here. Drink: 2025-2060.
