The 2017 Pommard 1er Cru Rugiens (Domaine Louis Jadot) offers up aromas of sweet cherries, espresso roast and rich soil tones. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and succulent, with moderate concentration and chalky structuring tannins.Morris
Decent middling deep colour. There is good depth of fruit, starts well at the front and reappears behind, slight firm tannins, plenty of fruit weight here, and enough acidity. Tasted: November 2018.Degustation
