Ce Bourgogne Pinot Noir est issu de Santenay 1er Cru, de Chassagne-Montrachet Village et de Volnay Village. Il a une belle profondeur avec des notes de petits fruits rouges. En bouche, il est frais, gourmand avec des tanins fins et délicats et un bel équilibre.

Morris
Marsannay, Santenay, Pernand, Monthelie and a touch of real Bourgogne. These are grape contracts but all harvested by the Henri Boillot team. Summer pudding fruits, a bundle of energy. This is the one wine which is not vinified in barrels – vinification intégrale – but instead it is aged in all the spare barrels from the other crus after they have been vinified in that manner. A solid deep purple colour. A fine balanced red fruit on the palate with good acidity, altogether a zesty feeling to the fruit. Drink from 2025-2028. Tasted: December 2023.Degustation
