Die Familie Boillot kaufte die Parzelle Pommard Clos Blanc 2008 und pflanzte sie neu an. Ein Jahrzehnt später strahlt uns der Premier Cru mit seiner ganzen Klasse an. Die Aromen von kleinen schwarzen und roten Früchten, aber auch von Zitrusfrüchten bilden eine grossartige aromatische Palette. Eine grossartige Leistung der Domaine Henri Boillot!

Henri Boillot bought this vineyard in 2008, grubbed up the vines, left it to rest for three winters and replanted. 2018 is thus the 6th leaf and has been allowed out on its own for the first time. The pinot material is a selection from his Chevrets vines. Fine bright purple, really elegant pinot nose, impressive for a first effort. Sumptuous on the palate albeit without the same density because of young vines. But this will be lovely for medium term drinking.Degustation
