The added time here has polished and glazed this: It has a praline-like edge, some toffee and lemon curd, dried peaches and grilled almonds, too. The palate's succulent and even gives rise to a nougat-like core as well as lemons and grapefruit. It's pithy and full of life and shows a warm, toasty aftertaste. Drink now. This is based around the 2007 vintage and a blend of 47% chardonnay, 33% pinot noir and 20% pinot meunier. It was disgorged in November 2015.
