Der Shiraz Holy Grail von Two Hands ist eine Cuvée Parcellaire, die in der Unterregion Seppeltsfield im australischen Barossa Valley liegt. Der erste Teil dieses Rebberges wurde 2008 gekauft und umfasste 52 Morgen leerstehendes Land. Kurz vor dem Jahrgang 2015 wurden weitere 37 Morgen Land gekauft, welche 16 Morgen etablierte Shiraz-Rebstöcke umfassten. Holy Grail produzierte in seinem ersten Jahrgang 27 Tonnen, wobei die Früchte für My Hands, Ares, Single Vineyard und einige Fässer Bella's Garden bestimmt waren.

While the 2019 Holy Grail Seppeltsfield Road Seppeltsfield Shiraz lacks the compelling richness of the previous vintage or the intoxicating complexity of the Coach House Block, it's still a fabulous wine. Slightly caramelized red raspberries lead the way, joined by blueberries and lent a savory touch through hints of black olives and licorice. It's medium to full-bodied, ripe and generous, with a lush, velvety feel and a lingering, harmonious and even elegant finish that never seems heavy or overdone, sip after sip. - Aug 2021, JC
