Die Familie Boillot kaufte die Parzelle Pommard Clos Blanc 2008 und pflanzte sie neu an. Ein Jahrzehnt später strahlt uns der Premier Cru mit seiner ganzen Klasse an. Die Aromen von kleinen schwarzen und roten Früchten, aber auch von Zitrusfrüchten bilden eine grossartige aromatische Palette. Eine grossartige Leistung der Domaine Henri Boillot!

Not so deep in colour nor so expressive on the nose. There is power on the plate with a long spicy finish and a thread of acidity. Tough to come after the Caillerets though, and the Clos Blanc is from relatively young vines. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted: October 2022.Degustation
