The 2020 Champagne Grand Cru Avize Brut Nature has a pale yellow hue and is quite pretty and elegant, with lime blossom and floral notes complemented by fresh grains. It’s highly refined, offering a light, airy texture and a unique profile – light on its feet, with fresh apples and a medium body, yet still possessing roundness and length. I'm impressed by its lengthy clarity. Drink 2025-2035.
