Le Clos Vougeot de Louis Jadot est un vin intense et long, porté par des notes de fruits rouges et de réglisse. Il est élevé 18 à 20 mois en barriques. La Maison Louis Jadot est le plus important propriétaire de ce Grand Cru, avec environ 2,5 hectares de vigne.

Notes de dégustation
Vinous
Medium red. Reticent aromas of medicinal black cherry, redcurrant, menthol and nutty oak. Distinctly clenched today and dominated by its structure. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and little in the way of easy sweetness. With 48 hours in the recorked bottle, a strong note of licorice emerged. This will require at least five or six years of cellaring.
