Wineadvocate

TheNV Parcelle ZH 302 is a 100% Pinot Meunier from the lieu-dit Le Val Cornet. Based entirely on a specific vintage and vinified in 350 liter oak barrels for nine months, the 2010 is the first release of this single vineyard champagne; the sample I tasted with Nathalie in Château de Pierry was disgorged after 48 months with no dosage. It is fruity and spicy on the nose, with sweet cherry flavors on both nose and palate. Full-bodied, aromatic and well structured, this is a very dry, pure and delicate champagne with an impressive intensity in the mouth, whereas the finish is subtle again but full of tension. - SR 10/2015

Vinous

The NV (2010) Parcelle ZH 302 is 100% Pinot Meunier from old vines in the Val Cornet lieu-dit bottled with no dosage. Apricot pit, smoke, spice and floral notes with exotic overtones all blossom in the glass. Partial vinification in oak adds texture and sweetness. The super-expressive, crystalline finish rounds things out. There is just a touch of volatile acidity, but not enough to meaningfully detract from the wine's overall balance. Disgorged May 2013, non-dosé.
