Amazing aromas of crushed stone, camembert and earth. Hints of walnuts, dust and spice, too. Full-bodied and very powerful, with loads of structure and a long, long finish, 69% pinot noir and 31% chardonnay. Dosage 0g/L. Disgorged in March 2022.
