The 2016 Brut Millésimé Cuvée Sensuum Vertigo is showing even better than it did a year ago. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of sweet pear and orange mingled with hints of beeswax, buttered toast, praline, flowers and iodine, it's full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a deep and layered core, racy acids and a long, resonant finish.
