Le Sancerre Harmonie de Vincent Pinard est un assemblage des parcelles Chêne Marchand et Grand Chemarin, également vinifiées séparément. Des vignes de 45 ans donnent ici un vin blanc complexe, long et généreux. L'élevage voit l'usage de deux-tiers de bois neuf et dure 11 mois. Le Sancerre Harmonie est un excellent sauvignon blanc de gastronomie.

The 2019 Sancerre Harmonie hails from vines that are more than 50 years old and treated with tender loving care that translates into the wine. The nose is a little shy with the merest note of nuttiness on the palate. This is not an aromatically expressive wine, offering delicate citrus, ripe apple and boxwood. There's gentle grip and fresh acidity on the finish. A restrained, harmonious, light-bodied wine that has richness built through the middle. RG Aug 2021
