L’origine de son nom n’est pas certaine. Il faut probablement ne retenir que : « la vallée de tous les désirs ». C’est sans doute le nom le plus charmant donné à un Climat viticole.
Robe jaune pâle aux reflets verts, scintillante. Nez complexe : fines fragrances de fleurs blanches (tilleul et acacia), notes de vanille et de miel. Bouche bien structurée, alliant parfaitement rondeur et acidité

The 2018 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has a lovely bouquet of yellow plum, grapefruit, green apple and sea spray, all beautifully defined. The palate is well balanced with a very composed entry. Pale in colour, with good intensity on the nose, which continues through to the palate. There is no dilution here, just a bit of heat with the weight, some bacon fat, but exceptional intensity to round it off.
