William Fèvre have vines in both sections of Preuses, the slope leading down to the valley of Vaudésir, currently young vines, and on the plateau. More yellow in the colour. This is a muscular wine with a heart of suavity. Much more powerful than the Bougros. Spices all round, five star anis, some bacon in the blend. Fairly massive. Tasted: June 2021Degustation
